keep in touch with old friends

Tomorrow night I’m going to see The Strangers with 3 of my oldest bestest friends. Cant wait for the catch up, we’ll probably get thrown out the film for talking, lol.

One of my friend’s from high school has invited me and my mum to her 21st. I’ve not seen her for ages so i’m excited about this. I’m happy she’s not forgotten about me. We’ll have fun.

I feel really bad. My friend Nathalie had her baby girl Beatriz in June and I haven’t seen the baby; but there is a reason for it. She now lives in Derby and in order to visit her I need to get my car. Grrrhh. You see how all these goals link to each other. And my friend Joanna lives in the next street and I always ask her if she wants to come for lunch or something but she doesn’t want to. I feel like she isn’t bothered. So why should I? Also, I haven’t seen my friend Sarah for ages. She goes swimming every week but I can never go with her because I’m working when she goes. If I had a car… again we could both go when I finish work.

I’ve just organized with my old college friends that we’re going out for my friend Sam’s 20th birthday next Saturday for a few drinks and then a dance off at our favorite RnB club, lol. I’ll win no doubt.

Well, I rang up 3 old friends tonight and I must have been on the phone for at least 30 minutes with each of them. They also said when we finished talking “Thanks for calling”. See people when you make the effort! lol x x x
