If I can identify the things that tend to make me smile, this might help me notice when I’m smiling. Does anyone else have any ideas of how I could meet this goal? How could I rewrite it to make it achievable?

How will I keep track of this? Surely, I smile each week. Maybe even each day. Should there be a sign taped to my bathroom mirror or posted in my cubicle at work that reminds me to smile?
