For the last couple of weeks I’ve managed to write down a few things that I am grateful for each night before I go to bed. One night I fell asleep before writing. But, I’m fairly proud of myself for giving this a try.
I also started taking a meditation class at a local meditation center. The class is interesting and challenging. I haven’t sat twice a day for 20-30 minutes like they asked us to. I have sat sometimes and tried to do other things like washing the dishes, eating, and walking more mindfully.
