Some of the poses still need a lot of practice, of course. Now I must make sure I don’t lose this new habit. I think stretching every night is doing me some good.

I skipped three days in a row, but did my exercises again last night. It may take me over 28 days to finish the book, but not by much.
I found the book last week and have been doing the exercises in the evenings. I intend to work through the whole book this month. Yesterday was day 5, half-lotus and complete breath.
I think I know what pile of junk is burying it, but I can’t really start this goal until I dig it out again.
