Did 20 mins on treadmill – unfortunately I don’t think the 20 day goal will be completed… have alredy missed 10 days and I know that I have a few things coming up that will probably prevent me from doing exercise but I will keep trying

Did 30 minutes on Wii Fit plus – doing 15 mins of cardio then 15 mins of a set muscle and yoga workout! My legs and abs are so sore!
