I’m 36 and my RealAge was 40.6 when I took the test! I’ve probably significantly reduced it already.

  • Good sleep levels I make an effort to go to bed by 11.
  • Vehicle sizeIt’s still a monster.
  • Limited or no secondhand smoke exposurenever a problem
  • Parents relationshipstill together
  • Alcoholnada
  • Daily breakfastyupppers!
  • Diverse diet *could use some work
  • No ovarian cancer in family
  • Flexibility routine hmmm, could work on this too
  • No drinking and drivingcertainly not

  • Minimal caffieneI have been a coffee hound but eased up recently. I only have one coffee max.
  • Low vegetable intake
  • Low fruit servings
  • Low unsaturated fat
  • Workout schedule now working out 20 mins a day
  • Potassium levelsprobably taken care of with multivitamin and daily food
  • Low grain intake I think I get alot of grains and they are always fibrous.

I’ll take the test again and see how old I am. In summary, I should be a flosser, seat belt wearer, vitamin taker, destresser, water drinker, and good sleeper. I have to resume healthy eating habits too. mybestlife worked for about three days. I can try again. Can only do a few things at a time.

I just took the test again and I’m already 35.6. yahoo!
