I’ll take the test again and see how old I am. In summary, I should be a flosser, seat belt wearer, vitamin taker, destresser, water drinker, and good sleeper. I have to resume healthy eating habits too. mybestlife worked for about three days. I can try again. Can only do a few things at a time.
