Dog-friendly apartment

This weekend I took a quick trip to my new home city to find an apartment to live in during seminary in the fall. When I called around last week I was hearing from everyone that there were no dogs allowed in the apartments, meaning I thought that my dream of a corgi was going to be put on hold for a couple of years. However, when I actually saw places and asked about dogs, I got a ton of yeses, and this morning I rented a beautiful first floor apartment with all hard wood floors and a huge back yard that is pet friendly. Because of my time of volunteer service, they even waved the pet-fee of $200. So I’ll be seriously looking for a puppy when I move in the fall.
