It may seem like a strange equation but i fins this is a great way to get abs. As the hardest thing is geting to see your abs.
So after going for a great big run i feel that this is definatley helping me with this goal. Just need to actually do some more ab exercises to get them defined.

As getting abs is mostly about reveling them. I ahve been doing alot of running, cycling and some swimming this i believe will kepp me trim and healthy and help my abs to show.
I have a six pack now although i need to work on the defintion. I can only see it when i am bend over and hold a crunch like postion. Any advive on how to make them definied when i am standing straight?
As it is almost summer i have started to work back at this goal, by doing abdominal exercises b4 going to bed. I only do it every other day, you need to rest them just like any other muscle. Good luck to everyone out there working on this goal
this goal is on my list, I haven’t been doing anything constuctive to acheive it. I sometimes wonder why i put goals up here if im not actively pursuing them. I guess i have been eating quite heathy which is important to get abs but i havent been doing any crunches etc. Perhpas 43 things is just too many for me… Maybe i should re order my list and only focous on the top 10.
im aimng to have a six pack in six weeks. I allready have the start of one at the top, just need to work on the lower abs. Going to do 100 ab exercies each day
