I’ve found a super easy recipe for homemade pizza! Between that and a few pasta varieties, and a simple Caesar salad, I’m good for most days.

Pizza base: mix together flour with a little oil and some water, knead into a dough, adding more flour so that it’s not sticky… Roll out and pre-cook in the oven for a few minutes. Then add your favourite pizza sauce and toppings, and pop back in the oven!

My friend may be out of his kitchen work while he’s on crutches, but in the meantime, he’s teaching me how to cook! I’ll be making lasagna for new years!

43Things broke, so having to retype this. x.x

I’ll make it brief, I want to gain weight, which means eating more, which means finding new meals that are easy to prepare.

However, everywhere I look is obsessed with the “OMG it has calories kill it” viewpoint. I need some pointers for things I can make that are filling and have plenty of calories, but are on the easy side. Any tips?

It seems lately I have survived off of ready-meals and my mom’s cooking entirely—which is OK, but I really do enjoy cooking.
I think I’ll start this off by making some simple things for breakfast.
