get rid of my eczema

It is almost gone, my neck is healed and the skin almost turned to the normal color, my the insides of my arms also healed, save for a few small spots, and at my waist is also good, except the skin color is still off (it’s darker), but I hope this will disappear in a month or so. I must pay close attentention that I treat the skin mildly, no perfumed oils or soap. Also I must take shorter showers and not act like I’m in a sauna (I just loooove sitting for half an hour in a hot steaming shower).
