I can do 2 sets of 15 reps of wall pushups. I tried the modified pushups where you’re on your knees, but those hurt my knees a lot, so I don’t think I’m going to do that again.

...one. And it wasn’t a very good one. Clearly, I’m gonna have to work up to this.

Edit: And also, I hurt my wrist. Possibly, I need so start with the not-really pushups where you’re on your knees.
