I’ve discovered the joy of smoothies. My favourite:

3/4 cup frozen cranberries
1 cup milk (or 1/2 cup milk, 1/2 cup green tea)
2 tsp sugar
4 or 5 ice cubes

Yummy!



Not too bad today 3 years ago

I’ve had some baby carrots and some cranberry-apple fruit leather (no sugar added). Later, I’m going to have chili with lots of tomatoes and peppers in it.



Juice! 3 years ago

Today I had some orange juice with added calcium, and in a bit, I’m going to have some cranberry juice.

I’ve decided that juice counts for this, since I’m drinking it instead of pop, so there’s an increase in vitamins ‘n’ stuff.



The food gods have smiled on me 3 years ago

I got a big bag of frozen cauliflower given to me by one friend, and a whole jar of apple sauce and a bag of apples by another. Yay for friends whose parents buy them food they don’t want!
