Still taking lessons 18 months ago

I am improving, but slowly. Need to practice more than one day a week. I do enjoy it when I’m playing it, but for some reason it’s hard to get started.
Maybe in the next 6 months I’ll buy my own, new violin. And a better bow! The one I have isn’t very comfortable.

My mom found an old but fine violin at a flea market this summer, and I’m borrowing it right now to take lessons from a woman who happens to live right down the street. This week is my 2nd lesson.
