About my Grandparents

This is a picture of the people who unofficially adopted me when I was 15 and they were 74. I call them my “grandparents” instead of my parents because of the age difference. They totally rescued me from the hellish life of an unwanted child. Now I am very grateful to be able to help them out as they age. They are 88 years old now and every day I spend with them is precious!
Listen to the stories of people you love.
Ask them about their things.
Take pictures.
Study their faces.
Tell them you love them.
Do something nice for them.
Pray for them.
Think about your place in the chain of life.
Enjoy, and then learn to let go.
