I’m gonna try this out… and I really hope I can stick to it.
I also noticed that there’s a lot to the quality of our sleep we don’t usually notice. Atleast for me, I sleep with my head next to my window. Starting at around 6:30 am until around 7:30 when I wake up – there’s a lot of street noise, and I mean a lot – cars, trucks, cats, kids, gardeners, airplanes, and just plain annoying neighbors… I realized that I was in a very light state of sleep during that hour every morning.
I’ve shut my window airtight closed since then – and I do feel slightly better!
