Most nights before bed, I weigh about 200-201 lbs. Mornings now are around 196. This morning was 195.5. I think that I can safely say that I now weigh less than 200 lbs. Nice work me!
I hit 198.5 last week. But that too was an anomaly. I’ve been hovering on all sides of 200 for two weeks, but haven’t been able to make that break through to a constant <200.
Just in case you were wondering, I started at 220 at the beginning of November.
It was an brief anomaly, but yesterday morning, after a 6 mile run and before my shower, the digital scale in the bathroom read 199.5. After the shower and a cup of coffee, I was back up over 200 again. I’m hovering around the 200-203 range right now. It should be any day now when I break that barrier.
The 199.5 reading yesterday was the first time I’ve been under 200 lbs since 1998.
