I sleep much better now that I stretch each night. It has become a routine so I don’t need it on my list. I may add “go to yoga classes” so I can add some variation to my stretches soon.

I missed a couple of days when we had family staying ie. late night and when one of them needed a trip to the ER that took until 1 am… After this weekend this goal will be COMPLETED!
Yippee, it has been a while since I completed something on 43 things.
I have done this for 26 days, therefore i have 17 more days until I can (finally) click “I’ve done this” for another goal.
I stretched every night this week. Even one night when it was after midnight and I had to get up to catch a 6 am plane.
The motivation is negative. If I don’t stretch I can’t sleep as I get a tight lower back. I am not sure if this is a positive part of pregnancy (as it makes me stetch, then I sleep well) or not!
I have done this every night since Sunday, that’s five times in a row. After 43 times I will mark this as done.
I haven’t decided how long I will stretch for, but this week I’ll aim for 15 mins before bed.
1. Stretching makes me feel good
2. I get really tight manstrings and it makes me grumpy
3. I exercise a couple of times a week so need to stretch
4. I am pregnant and need to do this to prevent getting a sore back
5. It makes me sleep without waking in the night
