Yes, worth it. I am so happy I did it. However, if I knew how stressful it would be I don’t think I would have. My overall memories are great, the last year was horrible.

This is my graduation date. Since all I have to do is turn up on the day, this goal is surely completed. Wow, it seems very surreal to finally type that!!
I have had my thesis hard bound and handed into the Faculty office. I am now waiting for a letter confirming my degree has been awarded!!!
I have changed and documented all the corrections recommended by my reviewers (typos or reviesed sentences). The thesis has been reprinted and collated ready for hard cover binding. One copy has to be on archive paper for the University library – the paper was $23 for a single ream – just as well it will last over 600 years :)
The reports from my examiners are back. I have made all the recommended changes, which were mainly typographical alterations. Now to print out the required copies for hardback binding.
I submitted my thesis on March 30 and I am waiting for my examiner’s comments. This usually takes 3 to 4 months.
