If we want to enjoy listening to a music concert, we can take part whenever we feel like it. But, if we want to perform in a classical music concert we would expect to practise everyday. To develop our meditation capacity, it is important to practise at least once a day. via Sri Chiminoy

Always interesting to find resources as you search that can help you in this objective of meditating daily. It can also help you relax body and mind to a point where you are more able to enjoy a restful sleep. To understand more about the changes that seem to occur almost daily, to take that personal break, to take the time to meditate is why I think so many are following suit in trying to make it a regular habit, why do you want to do this goal?
