build a school

Done it in the sense of starting a school, not constructing a school building.

Basically: You need a plan, finances (probably around $30,000 to $50,000 is a minimum), a building (you can rent this), curriculum, teachers, a means of orienting & training the teachers, school policies, a school board, paying students, a fair number of helpers to help you put it together, policies, time, and work. :-)
