ok well a 3 week goal of exercise and very healthy eating. i’m not going to weigh myself for this time but rather think of it as a lifestyle change instead of a “diet”.
so today is day 1 of the 3 weeks. i hope to loose maybe 4 or 5kgs in the 3 weeks but i gotta keep in mind i will also be developing muscle from exercise..
