I should rethink this goal so that I’m not staying in shape in order to get “skinnier” but instead to feel stronger and happier.
2 workout sessions a week in addition to the fabulous bellydance class and rehearsal will be excellent. Maybe Sundays and Wednesdays?

In the past 4 days, I’ve worked out twice (once every other day). If I work out again over the weekend and I continue to keep my current work schedule (getting home early enough to not be exhausted and hungry for dinner as soon as I arrive), I may just get back in the ol’ routine.
Fingers/appendages crossed.

This is harder and harder since school ended—during the semester, I would walk all over campus multiple times a day, then walk to the bus stop, take the bus to a place near my office, and walk to work. It added up to a lot of extra activity and I miss it.
We recently moved offices (again) and now I have no choice but to drive to work. Before the recent snowstorms, the giant parking lot was a reasonable place for me to walk around a few times a day in order to get some fresh air and a slightly increased heart rate, but the huge expanse of pavement has little drainage and hasn’t been de-iced. As a result, the parking lot is at best slush and at worst a massive plain of ice that I would probably slip on if I walked quickly.
Until the weather improves, I should commit myself to getting good solid aerobic exercise at home at least twice a week. Our burlesque troupe normally has rehearsal once a week, and soon my bellydance class will start, so if I work out twice a week on top of that I should be all set as long as I keep the routine!
Maybe I can start walking in the mornings before work once it warms up or melts off.

In the past year and a half (since I got on the higher dosage of my narcolepsy medication and started exercising more and eating more moderately), I’ve lost about 40-50 pounds. I want to keep it off, because I was very unhappy with my size when I was at my heaviest, but I also want to do it in a healthy way.
My plan is to get more aerobic exercise and to eat out less, and to generally try to eat less junk. I want to feel strong and confident most of the time, if I can.
