Well I just got a call from Carla, my new italian-english language exchange partner! So excited… it’s so difficult to find the Italians in Boston because everyone and their mother wants to trade english with them. She’s 24 and sounds pretty adorable on the phone. We’re meeting Tuesday… I know this doesn’t sound like it’s part of my goal really, but hey, maybe she lives somewhere cool and will invite me to visit if we get along… and without my language skills, how am i going to go back anyway?
