i have always been afraid to go skinny dipping because i have always hated how my body looks. I have to admit, i loved food and was always “the big girl” growing up, and i would cover up that issue by being the best i could be in academics. but still, i always felt inferior to others simply because of my weight!
finally, i had had it with all the voices in my head and have since started my goal to really lose the weight and start reflecting the healthy and normal weight person i feel is inside me! i know this isn’t going to happen overnight; it’s going to take a lot of willpower and self-discipline to maintain my commitment to the changes in my lifestyle such as eating healthier and really spending time at the gym!
When i reach my Goal Weight of 125lbs., there is only one thing that would truly gratify me and serve as my reward for all the hardwork, discipline, and time spent at the gym : Show my body off by SKINNY DIPPING!!!
