live simply

I finally sold the remaining extra pottery that I had.
I also sold about 180 cds. I could have gotten a lot more for the cds if I sold them individually but I really just wanted to get them out the door quickly. I will sell some more when I get the time.

The only “extra” things I have now is: a small tv (which I want to sell), the plug n play atari (sell), papers that I need to go through but haven’t yet (in case I “NEED” something), another 200 cds to sell, a few too many bags/backpacks, a crystal vase that I got as a wedding gift, materials for failed or incomplete art projects, clothes I don’t wear anymore, satillite radios, old cassettes that I don’t know what to do with.

Now I am going to go clean up my art supply room and see if there are other things I am not thinking of.

I guess I might as well add this one. I have been working on it for a long time. It tends to go with my general philosophy and life. I am always working on it in one way or another.

some steps – buy mp3s instead of cds. saves storage space and is easier to find. (also sell all my cds) Use an online journal instead of a paper one (again, saves space and is easier to find).

it is time to once again go through my clothes and get rid of clothes that don’t fit my body or my style anylonger.

I do have a ridiculious amount of books – but my girlfriend wants me to keep them for our library. i have sold or gave away a couple hundred in the past.
