It looks like adding some mini wind towers and solar panels are fairly easy and afordable. Not right this minute, but eventually.

I think it is a very nice idea so I am going to add this one to my list. I am pretty sure there is no way I will be doing this anytime soon but I can take tiny baby steps.
1. collect rainwater (lower water bill)
2. grow my own food (fresh vegies and fruit are a thousand times better)
3. use solar lights in my garden
4. when I replace the roof add sky lights and more effecient design.
5. one day own a biodeisal or ethynal vehicle (or whatever works)
6. learn more about little steps I can take.
