I have decided on a way to tell myself that I eat healthy. I have to have 2 different fruits each week. I have to have no more than 2 sodas a week. I have to eat fast food no more than once a week. Once I can do all of these things for 21 days straight, then I will call this goal completed.

I have been trying to eat healthier. My boyfriend is helping me, by not letting me eat all the bad foods I want. He just says no, and takes the food from me,and puts it back. I get mad at him temporarly, but I know he is just doing want I really, deep down want. So, eating healthy isn’t quite done, but I have started to try, so thats step #1.
