I made home made sandwichburgers. pineapple, mayo, ketchup and patty. On yummy rye bread.
Also had some crisps, plain.
Some creaming soda.
Ok so today i had a glass of water for breaky with cheerios and milk.
For lunch I have 2 jam sandwiches, but I have Tim Bits sitting in front of me, so i am hungry. 20 more minutes and if I still want one I will have one.
Also I have started Aquarobics. I am going to do it 4 nights a week. Though I have a cheese and wine tasting to go to tonight. So I miss tongihts and Monday is a public holiday so there is none on Monday night.
But I am enjoying it as stiff and sore as I am :)
I am still struggling to talk about food. But I am glad that I have you guys here to support me.
Well, For breakfast I dont know how many but I ate left over grapes from last night, black one YUM YUM YUM…
Also tried to take a pic of my yummy dinner, but couldnt find my digi cam.. Sorry, and it looked so awesome too, I set it up with candles and everything, and DELICIOUS….
We had roast beef cooked with garlic and bbq sauce, mashed sweet potato, corn, brussel sprouts and butter rolls.
Dessert was Coconut cream pie (YUM) with watermelon & black grapes… Awwwwww yeah and a bottle of Sparkiling Apple cider.. non-alcoholic.. We ate like KINGS :)
Anyway it was a nice anniversary dinner and I had a nice time with my husband :)

lotsa goodies from the clients (aero bar, granola bar, pepperoni stick, 2 ferrero rochers)
I wonder if I should be so freeking honest, makes me feel awful and I have a problem talking about food.
I dont know if anyone else has this, but I HATE it when people comment on me eating I get so irritated when hubby asks what I have if I have food in my hand or anyone for that matter.
I think its because my Dad was so mean to me about my weight and eating as a kid, I now feel like everyone is judging me and I am embarresed to eat in front of anyone.
Anyway just thought I’d bring that up…
I havent been on for 2 days, I have been so depressed, the day before yesterday I was walkign to the bus stop and some fuckwits caleld out hey fat chick to me, it was heartbreaking and i know not to worry etc etc. I will start logging again.
Breakfast – 1 cup cereal/milk
Drinks – 8 glasses of water
2 cups of tea with milk
1 sprite
1 cup of milk
1 hot chocolate w/ cream
Lunch – 2 x chicken sandwiches w/
1/4 tomato
1/4 avocado
1 tsp mayo
1 slices of cheese (1 on each)
Dinner – DQ
Cheeseburger
Fries
Sprite
Snacks – 1 x shortbread cookie
3 handfuls of popcorn w/ butter
Man I have to be honest with myself, I dont like what Im seeing here !!!
