I’ve been having problems with my sleeping schedule for more than 2 years… I think I’m an extremly sleep deprived person, because I started experiencing a list of medical symptoms that I’m sure are due to my sleeping habits… This problem is so SAD that is starts having an impact on your mentality, your social behavior, your performance on all sides, the way you enjoy life, your speech skills, etc… It’s all interrelated… What’s really dramatic about sleep deprivation is that it becomes increasingly destructive. The more you loose sleep, the less you become conscious and aware that you have to FIX this problem. I am really willing to fix it as it is an extremely essential pillar for a happy, interesting, conscious, and goal-oriented life. Good luck to all of you !!
