yeah so no surprises for guessing that this has gone out the window like all my other plans, since being at uni my fitness has dropped so much ive gone from not having time to sit down to not doing much other than sitting down, it really gets me down when i do something which makes me realise just how unfit ive become so im thinking im going to try attacking this in small steps so this week i aim to do 10mins of something active a day, even if its just in my room,its not much but it will be a start and if i manage it maybe i can start to feel more postive about it.

ok so actually managed to get myself out of bed this morning to go for a walk despite it being frezzing and still dark. not overly impressed that im so unfit i couldnt jog any of my route didnt realise just how unfit i havegot recently. however did bully myself into going for the slightly longer route however didnt realise just how steep the hill was i know i only had to go down the really steep one but even that was scary i never thought walking down a hill could be scary but it was that steep oh well i guess im going to have toget used to it or try going up it!
