Im working on this one, ive stopped buying big 2 litre bottles of soda competely and try not to have more than 2 bottles a week and so far this seems to be working. Im also trying to have a bottle of squash or water with me particularly in the car as then i have no need/excuse to buy and pepsi

after i have finished this rather nice glass of malibu and pepsi, although im not sure if it counts as drinking soda if its alcholic (maybe thats just the drink talking)
it sounds like a school report but its true, my dentist told me off again the other day becasue of the damage im doing to my teeth but its a habit im finding really really hard to give up.
this really is happening, im going to leave this for a couple of weeks as ive cut out all the chocolate and sweet things in my diet as i have exams for the next few weeks im making a real effort to eat properly so i can revise well and dont become tired buti dont think i could cope if i cut this out as well. i really do have a problem with how much i drink so as soon as my exams are over thats it (well hopefully)
ok althought i generally only drink diet pepsi im addicted to the stuff to the point where in the past when ive tried to give it up i cant as i end up becoming depressed and getting headaches but this time im going to try harder, ive just finished my last bottle and thats it im not getting any more im even going to tell my housemates to not let me buy any im going to need alot of will power but its possible if i try hard enough.
