I have to remember the importance of drinking water! It really makes a difference but I forget to do it most days!

After gaining a pound last week, this week I lost 3!! I’m so happy!!
BMI 29,6
In fact I gained a pound last week! I know it sometimes happens but, I must admit my will power is decreasing.

Lose 5 pounds a month
Since I’ve been reluctant to start working out I searched for the easiest way to do it and following my sister’s advice I’ve joined Curves. I had my first class today and I actually enjoyed it! =) So hopefully it’ll work; I’ll do my best to be constant.
I’ve completed my first objective, it took me a week longer than expected but I’m happy because I’ve done it!!!
I’m no longer obese! “Only” overweight. I know that there is still a long way to go, but since I have been obese all my life I’m very excited!
I’ve lost 5 pounds—>BMI 29.9
Nevertheless, I still have to work on excercising. So my next objective is to start going to the gym.

I’m going to change the focus on this goal. I have been concentrating on food. Since I’ve got the food under control, I’m going to focus on exercise.
On Friday I went to the nutricionist again. I’ve lost 6 pounds!! I’m very happy although I know next week probably won’t be as good as this one. Still, GREAT START =D
I went to the nutricionist last week and my BMI was of 32.5. My first objective for this goal is to reach a BMI of 29.9 by March, 9 (6 weeks)
