i will mark this as complete when i can do a split again. i’m currently about 16 inches from the ground. ouch.
i always thought my hamstrings were tight, but my pelvic tendons/muscles (whatever they may be) are just terrible. in addition to my yoga i try to sit in butterfly pose in my desk chair, albeit not for long periods of time because let’s face it, a desk chair is not the biggest surface space.
my best friend started yoga recently too, and we made a pact so i (hopefully) won’t slack off.
i really want to do this. i really hope i stick with it.
