The last of the warm sunshine 1 week ago

I took advantage of the last of our outdoor days to walk outside on Saturday and Sunday. Saturday, the we all walked around the neighborhood, with Frogette on bicycle in front, and Electra the cat trotting along behind us. (!) Sunday, I went to the boardwalk on the North Shore and walked the boards back and forth 1.75 miles at a moderate pace, watching the seagulls swoop over the sound.



More stamina! 2 weeks ago

I am able to walk faster and for longer than I was three or four months ago.
Yay!



2900 steps 3 weeks ago

on the Wii Fit.
Then torso twists and triceps.
Yay!

1.75 miles on the treadmill.
A moderately low speed, but I’m thrilled I was motivated to do it at all after working a 10 hour day.



Weekend of exercise! 1 month ago

Saturday: treadmill and recumbent for 50 minutes! Hooray!
Sunday: one and a half miles on the north shore boardwalk
Monday: 35 minutes Wii fit (yay!)
Tuesday: skipped



Keep it up! 2 months ago

Yesterday, 40 minutes on Wii Fit.
Thursday, skipped.



Today 2 months ago

2490 steps!
Yesterday, skipped.
Sunday, 35 minutes on the treadmill.



Worth the trip 2 months ago

Despite the difficulty getting Frogette-care, driving to the next county, and coming back late, it was completely worth it to go Israeli dancing last night.

Uplifting, amazing, athletic exercise!

on the free step program. Then, the strength exercises: leg lifts, torso twists, squats, and triceps.
