My boyfriend and I were discussing this goal. We both want to find new interesting ways to stay healthy and we both decided to pick a new activity to do together. Now we have yoga 2 days a week and rock climbing 2 days a week. Its been good incorporating new activities and exercise into our lives.

I’ve been really bad about keeping this exercise goal. Infact, besides walks with my boyfriend, I’ve barely worked out at all! I’ve made a point to bring my work out clothes with me to work so that I make a point to go to the gym. I hope I can keep it up and actually work.
I’ve found the best motivation to get me moving is to join a team. My department organized a city league softball team. We practice about 2 x’s a week for an hour (that burns about 460 calories) and our games are 2xs a week for an hour (another 230 calories). Add this to running a few times a week and I’m making decent progress.
I finally started making some progress on this goal. I’ve started making an effort to work out atleast 4 times a week. Usually its tennis or running but sometimes I’ll go to a class and work out. My legs and arms are starting to show some definition, but my stomach just likes to stay put :(....eh maybe a little more time…right?
I haven’t really worked out much this week. Infact I only went to the gym twice for an hour each. I really need to start focusing on this goal!
