I have started running this year and it has been going amazingly well. I am beginning to enjoy it and I feel great after it. It helps me start the day well. I am still at 96kg…but I feel I have lost a bit of weight in my tummy and hips :)
The best part about this goal is I am committed I just need to get to work on the excution.
I have been really busy latly and sadly my weight loss has taken a back seat…however I am on exam leave now so I have the potenial to do quiet a large amount of exercise and eat right as well. Wish me luck!
Yesterday I wrote down my Plan to lose 10kg before summer. It is as follows:
Weight Loss Plan
Start Date: 20th July 2010
End Date: 31st October 2010
Goal: Lose 10kg
Current Weight: 95.3kg
Daily Calorie Maintance: 3100
Daily Calorie Defict: 1100
Daily Calorie Goal: 2000
Weekly Weight Loss Goal: 1kg
ü Monday – Friday, Walk with Mum and Roxy.
ü 1-2 times per week, Run with Cameron.
Weights(Monday, Wednesday, Saturday):
ü Dunbell Arm Lifts. 10 Reps 3X
ü Dunbell Above Shoulder Lifts 10 Reps 3X
ü Dunbell Curls 10 Reps 3X
ü Lunges. 20 Reps 2X
ü Bicycle. 10 Reps 2X
ü Vertical Leg Crunch. 10 Reps 2X
ü Crunches. 20 Reps 3X
Cooldown after all exercises.
I think this is a great step in achieving my goal! I will look good for summer!
It’s the holidays now so I am having a bit of a break and relaxing my diet; no to much though. I am bouncing between 96.4kg and 95.3kg, I need to try and get past that 95kg mark. I’ll get there!!
I had a bit of a set back I have put on 800g but it’s smaller than I expected; I won’t worry to much. I feel I am back on track now.
It’s winter now and I love winter, warm fires, chocolate, indulgence and yummy food. I am already struggling with the food. Eg. Chocolate, Hot Chocolates etc…If I want to achieve my goal, I will need to limit these items. Wish me luck.
I have been walking in the morning with my mum and puppy, Roxy. This has been helping me a lot but I need to start doing more exercise, I am thinking of walking in the Afternoon’s as well or maybe doing some pilates. Mum has a great book on it, or I may order a DVD.
I have been a bit lazy but this week I am back on the horse…I am going to lose this weight!!
I am now at 95.3kg; thats just under 7kg lost this year. I am so happy, it is taking a long time, I have found I have maintained it though.
