A new leaf 14 months ago

I want to incorporate more vegetables and salads into my eating. Remember to eat breakfast. Cut back on coffee. Have food in the fridge that I can go to for a quick snack which isn’t chocolate. Eat fewer sweets and junk food. Remember a little how I used to eat before picky people and chicken nugget obsessed children.
