Learn Astral Projection

holy crap, i was freaking close yesterday night. I was listening to some binaural beat helper to project and it was going pretty good, i got that feeling i usually get when relaxed: feeling strangely whole, like a balloon about to float as filled up with helium. So, that feeling smae as usual and than i felt a jolt in my leg, and i knew that was a sign of getting close. i began to say to myself that ‘im a balloon. im whole. im a balloon. im whole…” and there were some noises of talking (not from the track), my brain began to tingle and saw some moving mist-like forms and light came through my closed eyelids. my heart beat rate rocketed. And i think i got scared. my conscious knows that theres nothing to be afraid of, but this feeling…this was entirely new.
tonight i’ll try again. At least ive got a starting point- that “whole-feeling” must be the thing to try with further on.

I’d really love to learn to astral travel and i’ll try and commit everything in order to do so- i want to speak to my guardian, i want to visit smarter beings than i am, i want to learn everything i can, i want to learn a possibility to see the Sense in life.
I want to learn that there is no reason to be afraid for we are watched.
