Monday: Strength/Yoga

Tuesday: Cardio/Yoga

Wednesday: Strength/Yoga

Thursday: Cardio/Yoga

Friday: Strength/Yoga

Saturday: Cardio/Yoga

This workout schedule according to SELF’s 3 month challenge

I will also be incorporating vegetarian sources of protien into my diet.

I read in my magazine that one sign of health is if you are within 5 pounds of your highschool weight. So that is now my goal to achieve, although I first have to remember how much I weighed? :S
