We finally found the information we wanted, not by contacting the kitchen store (they never answered!), but in the food section of the newspaper.
And this class is WAY out of our price range. Maybe in a couple of years we can afford it, but not now. (Especially not for a business that ignores calls and emails.)
So for now we’re putting kitchen knives on our wishlists for Christmas and birthdays, and the Egman found someone on YouTube that does cooking tutorials. We’ve decided to wait until we get proper, SHARP knives though, so we don’t practice incorrectly using our dull, old, limited selection of knives.
