ok, started well
half a bowl of organic museli and a milky coffee for breakfast, took the rest of the bowl with me in a jar for work…
had banana for break and a small cinnamon bickie (scraped of icing)
had olives, tomatoe, lettuce, cucumber and houmous salad for lunch
(yummy!)
followed by snack size muller and 3 spoons of the museli,
other half has just phoned to say it was the yummiest lunch he’s had in ages, so i am going to get more fruit and veg on my way home from work!!
Yaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaah i remember how to do this dieting lark
will make brocoli soup later and need to put the pork roast in tonight (didnt get around to eating it over easter) so it will be just about ready for when we are going to bed!!
never mind, will have it with veggies and have left overs for the next 2 days
i am officially trying to follow low gi diet, i will get into size12 jeans again dammit!!
oh and i nearly forgot to say i went for a 20 minute walk during dinner as well!
