It’s about doing the following:
Getting back to pre-pregnancy weight, but with mine and baby’s health in mind
It’s bothering, when I go out to wear my makeup and to put in my lenses
It’s exercising within the limits of pregnancy/ motherhood
but that means facial exercises and moisturising too.
While I am at it I need to just make sure I don’t look like I have dressed in the dark!
Okay, goals: Find out what exercises I can do in pregnancy….go for a daily walk with doggie. do facial exercises daily

my scales say i’ve not lost any more, but my trousers are loose and my cheekbones more defined
I tried on 2 pairs of stretchy size 12s at marks and they fit fine. Need to lose a bit more before I can get some proper size 12’s. But when I am I will have gone down 5 dress sizes. Pheweeee!

it’s just about making better choices
It’s about changing patterns of behaviour, changing habits
I am not interested in food when I am at work, it’s a means to an end, I am not hungry as I am busy
I am interested in it when I get home
but quiche and salad every day followed by lemon pie and custard are not good choices
I am following a lot of what my partner eats
but I am the one who does most of the shopping and cooking… I will wrestle back a little bit of control, for the sake of both our healths
but mainly mine as I will get diabetes or heart problems at this rate
ok will go upstairs and get gi diet books and see what I could actually cook with the ingredients I have in the house

so rang my sister for moral support…
I am going to check in with her next week at the same time
...got home and put on the BBC1i player, watched Repunzal for 60 minutes while working up a sweat on my stepper
it was surprisingly easy to do, whilst not boring me to death, I actually raised my pulse for that time and perspired++
So I would say that it has worked!
I have 3 months ‘til I am going to my friends wedding in Wales
being significantly smaller is the goal
Also I spoke to my friend at work, she is a big slimming world fan, so we will be following the plan together
I am ready
