Let’s try again to do yoga regularly. I tried the yoga routine, and (as always happens) the phone rang halfway.
But I kept going, and completed the yoga tape. Let’s see if I can keep this up for the rest of the week.

Finally had a quiet morning, and actually made it through a 30 minute yoga session for the first time in months. I remember how much I like yoga especially for the balance positions. Fingers crossed I can make this part of my routine.
I’ve got to remember to turn off the ringer in the phone because, as usual, the phone rang about halfway through, and that knocks me right back into the real world immediately.
So I’m on my healthy-living kick, I’ve got some time away from the world of paid employment, and I’ve promised myself I’m going to get back into yoga.
So I finally manage to get around to it last week—unroll the mat, start the CD of yoga moves that I got from a meditation and stress reduction class last year, start…
and get a phone call from my wife saying that she blew a tire driving to work. I start calling around to figure out who’s got her odd, run-flat tires in stock.
Well, I got through the first ten minutes.
