Upper body workout:
Chin-ups and dips
Seated Rows
Seated Chest Presses
Lat Pull Downs
Some dumbbell work
10 minute recumbant bike 10 minutes Target HR 150
Finished 7:05am.

30 minute squash practice afterwards for cardio.
What a great morning!
I did it! Upper body. I did a good 45 minutes in the weight room, mostly upper body including chest, back, shoulders, and some biceps and triceps.
Then I played Squash. I decided not to stay for the Fusion class.
PS: There was this really cute new guy at the gym today. I wish I had spoken to him. I’ve never seen him before, and he seemed unsure of what he was doing… I think now, why didn’t I say anything? But there wasn’t much of an opportunity… I hope I see him again! :P
I have a squash game scheduled for tomorrow at 12:20pm, so I think before the game, I’m going to head over and kick in some weights. I think I’ll work on upper body tomorrow. I then have Fusion after my game at 1:15pm, so I’ll get some Yoga/Pilates in. Yes!
I worked the flys at work yesterday. I work as a theatre technician at one of my jobs, and hawling that main curtain in and out from about 40’ in the air and back about 50 times in a few hours is a pretty good workout! That thing is heavy… :)
