Since I have “play squash 4x per week” as another one of my goals, I am going to mark this one as completed. I find that when I play squash I get a really good cardio workout, which allows me to reach my target HR quite easily. As well, when I do weights, I do a bit of cardio as warm up anyway. Therefore, this one is being marked done!

Monday – Squash for 60 minutes
Tuesday – Squash for 80 minutes
Wednesday – Squash for 90 minutes, plus 12 minutes on stairmaster at level 5
I’m aiming to get in another solo practice/game towards the end of the week. I’m going to take a rest tomorrow and pick up the raquet for friday, I imagine.
