had been trying to do this on and off. But always would turn on the TV the very next day.
However, starting this Monday I decided not to watch the TV. Cut out all the thing I usually do while I watch the television. No more sitting on the sofa in front of the TV while eating. I think this time this will last. Will have to be very carefull for a month. Then it will be a habit.
