are my friends. :) It’s one thing to write this in my calendar, and another to have 43t send me an email telling me to do it! I will be a few days late on this, as I will be out of town when I’m supposed to do it, but I’ve set an email reminder to nudge me when I get home.
I record the results in a journal, so I can track trends. Even though most of the doctor-worthy lumps are sudden and noticeable. This way, when I go in to the doctor about one, I can give him details: “No, that wasn’t there last month.” or “Yeah, that one’s been that way for 6 months.”
I’ll give myself a couple of months to make this a habit again, then call this done.
until I started playing around with the BC pills. I always did my exam the Saturday after my period…but without a period, I never remembered to do them. Since I have to start having them again with the Yaz, I’m going to do my best to get back into this habit.
