I take vegetables with me to work almost every day now. So at lunch, I now have sandwiches AND some carrots or a piece of cucumber. This way I’ll get enough vitamins for sure :)

Last week I’ve really cooked for myself almost every day. In weekends it’s not that good as I work then, and tuesday’s i eat late as i have yoga class from 6pm till 7pm. But i have made beans, broccoli, cauliflower and so on, almost every night. It feels good, i find that i’m starting to like cooking when the meal is this lovely :)
well, ive become a vegetarian about 3 weeks ago… i dont know for how long i’ll stay vegetarian but it feels quite natural actually. and i eat 2 pieces of fruit a day now :)
i bought a whole bag of apples. normally i just buy 4 or 5, because the prepackaged apples are all blunt and brown. But these were quite good, very cheap and very tasty. good health for me, hurray for me! (okay i’ll qut that now…)
The idea from the previous entry really wasn’t working, in fact it SUCKED. Even worse, I started working at McDonalds in the mean time. So plan B is now that I made some simple rules about food, which I have to follow. the rules are: 1. at least 1 sandwich a day. 2. at least 1 piece of fruit a day. 3. no more than 1 McDonalds meal a week.
I’ve already managed to keep up with the rules for a week. I hope they’re easy enough to maintain.
So I started… I bought so many fruits that I couldn’t eat anything else for a week! I love kiwi, banana… less useful are prumes, cherries, strawberries.. though they’re lovely
I’m craving for chocolate cookies right now
