Well, first I’ll have to eat all cheese I have, and not buy any new. When there’s no cheese around, it’ll probably not be so hard to eat no cheese for 2 weeks.
Why I want to do this? I’m a real cheese-junkie, I love it! But I’m a vegetarian, and interested in veganism. I don’t think I’ll ever become vegan, but challenges like these make me experience a part of a vegan life. In fact, I think more people should challenge themselves in not eating certain products for several days. (it’s how I became vegetarian). People should be more aware of what they eat and what consequences their consumption-pattern has. So that’s why I’m trying this aspect of veganism. Maybe, after this, I’ll try no eggs for 2 weeks. Who knows!
