I’m a documentary film-maker with an insatiable appetite for adventure. In 2008 I sailed to South America (against all good advice) with a crew of British young offenders, rode wild horses across Europe, filmed inside Venezuela’s anarchic El Rodeo prison and coerced violent gangs in Caracas slums to down their automatic weapons and hand grenades and join the peaceful Alcatraz Project. Nice work if you can get it!
2009 should be just as nuts with trips, projects and more documentaries happening imminently in North Korea, Cuba, Sicily, Cambodia and Bangladesh. I’m also planning another sailing expedition, hopefully this time to the Arctic Circle…
